Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026.
1. What this software is
Nambu Lore ("the software") is the TikTok integration of NAMBU, a personal assistant that runs on a single Windows computer belonging to its operator. Its TikTok integration publishes videos to the TikTok account that has authorized it, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. The software is not offered as a hosted service, has no user accounts, and is operated by one person for their own account.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator of the machine it runs on, using their own TikTok account. You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account in your jurisdiction and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Authorizing the software does not transfer any right to post on behalf of anyone else.
3. What it will do
- Upload video files you provide or that it generates, with a caption, to your TikTok account.
- Label AI-generated content as AI-generated.
- Read back the status of a post it made, and your account's basic profile information, to confirm the post exists.
4. What it will not do
- Post publicly while the API client is unaudited; posts are private (
SELF_ONLY) until TikTok grants otherwise. - Interact with other users — no follows, comments, messages, likes, or scraping of other accounts.
- Post without a human confirming that specific action on the desktop first.
- Sell, share, or transmit your content or tokens to any third party.
5. Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for everything published through the integration, including content the software drafts. Nothing here shifts that responsibility to TikTok.
6. Ending it
Revoke access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately; the software's stored tokens stop working and are deleted on its next run.
7. No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
8. Changes
These terms may change; the date above marks the current version. Material changes will be published on this page before they take effect.
